The Mason Health Vaccine Clinic is located off-campus at 13th Loop Road in Shelton at the MGH Anticoagulation Clinic. Pharmacists are able to administer flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.

Flu and COVID Vaccinations

Mason Health has received the updated COVID variant (Omicron) booster vaccine. We are following CDC guidelines in reference to booster eligibility.

COVID are offered at Mason Health's Vaccination Clinic. Flu Vaccines are offered right before and during flu season (usually October through March).

Vaccines are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You can make an appointment for both or either of your vaccines online.

  • If you encounter delays, vaccines can also be scheduled with your primary care provider or at your local pharmacy.
  • Please bring your completed consent form (see below or Downloads section) AND proof of insurance, such as an insurance card.
  • Only patients 12 and older may be seen at the Vaccine Clinic. Patients under 12 should make an appointment with their primary care provider or pediatrician for any vaccination appointments.

Who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine?

Everyone ages 6 months and older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.

  • Vaccinations are offered at the vaccine clinic for those 12 years and older. For those under 12 years old please make an appointment with your primary care provider.
  • Parental consent/permission and completed consent forms will be required prior to vaccination.

Booster COVID-19 Vaccines

Everyone aged 5 years and older may receive a Covid-19 vaccine bivalent booster dose. Anyone aged 65 and above may receive a 2nd bivalent booster dose at least 4 months after their previous booster. Anyone who is immunocompromised should discuss additional vaccine doses with their healthcare provider.

Important Vaccination Reminders & Instructions

  1. Please fill out the COVID-19 VACCINE CONSENT FORM and bring it with you when you get your vaccine. If you are unable to bring this form with you, it will be provided and given to you. Spanish Consent Forms are also available: Vacuna Contra el COVID-19 Formulario de Consentimiento.
  2. Be prepared to stay an additional 15 minutes after your vaccination for monitoring.
