During Your Visit

As a patient at Mason General Hospital, your care is our main concern. We want to help make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible. Our board-certified health care providers are on hand 24/7 to provide you with emergency care, right here in Mason County.

When you arrive in the Emergency Department, you will first see a registration specialist, who will ask the reason for your visit, your name and date of birth. You will then be given an identification wrist band and transferred to the care of a triage nurse.

If you are able to go home, it is important to follow through with the plan of care outlined in your aftercare instructions.
