Patrick O'Neil

Patrick O'Neil started at Mason Health in March 2021 with 29 years of combined facilities and leadership experience in facilities operations, life safety, emergency management, supply chain management and security. Previously, O'Neil served as Director of Facilities for Kitsap Regional Library and prior to that was Facilities Manager for CHI Franciscan St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma. Prior to St. Joseph Medical Center, he spent several years as Director, Facilities Management/Clinical Engineering for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Illinois.

O'Neil and his wife reside in Kitsap County.

Greenhealth partner for change

In 2021, Mason Health earned its first Environmental Excellence Award from Practice Greenhealth, the nation's leading organization dedicated to environmental sustainability in health care. The District won the award again in 2022.

O'Neil was a member of the Green Team of department heads and frontline health care workers formalizing the District’s sustainable health care initiatives.
