SHELTON, WA – Mason Health’s Patient Financial Services and Enrollment Liaisons are moving to a new location to offer a one-stop option for patients and community members seeking health care financial support. Patients can now visit 237 Professional Way in Shelton to pay their bill in person or seek support enrolling in health insurance coverage or filling out the Financial Assistance Application. These services are available at the new location starting Aug. 24.

“Bringing our Patient Financial Services and Enrollment Liaisons teams together in one location reflects our commitment to making the patient experience as simple and supportive as possible,” said Public Hospital District No. 1 Commission President Don Welander. “By creating a convenient one-stop resource, families can get answers to billing, financial assistance, and insurance questions in a single visit. This helps us better serve our community by improving access, reducing confusion, and ensuring patients receive the guidance they need during their healthcare journey.”

The new location is across the street from Mason Clinic on Professional Way, right next to the previous home for the Enrollment Liaisons. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
