Shannon Barnhart

Shannon Barnhart joined Mason Health in 2010 and serves as Director of Patient Access, providing leadership for Patient Access services across the organization. She oversees Clinic and Hospital Registration, Financial Clearance, Health Information Management (HIM), and the Enrollment Liaison team, working to ensure patients receive a seamless, efficient experience from their first point of contact through their care journey.

A Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Barnhart is committed to operational excellence, process improvement, and exceptional customer service. She is passionate about developing consistent workflows, strengthening collaboration across departments, and building high-performing teams that enhance access to care and deliver a positive patient experience.
