Kristine Stevens
Born and raised in Washington State, I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be a nurse. My stepmom was a Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse, and I got the opportunity to see how fulfilling her career was which helped me decide that I wanted to study nursing. I have always had a passion to help others, and I knew this was the direction I wanted to go.
I began pursuing nursing after high school, and graduated from Olympic College in Poulsbo, WA as a Licensed Practical Nurse. I started my nursing career in the jail system and later worked in the prison system for the WA State Department of Corrections. I gained years of valuable experience, including 8 years in Infection Prevention during my time in Corrections, that would later help me in my role at Mason Clinic.
I joined Mason Clinic in October 2021, starting in Women’s Health in the Specialty Department as an LPN for various OB/GYN providers. I also held the role of the Surgery Scheduler. In March 2024 I accepted my current position as Nurse Clinic Supervisor for Specialty in Women’s Health, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and General Surgery. I have loved working together with the providers, Medical Assistants and LPNs to provide excellent care for our community.
When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband John and our adult children Dylan, Brittney, and Brinnon. Depending on the time of year we enjoy camping, hunting, traveling, Harley-Davidson rides, and Seattle Mariners games at T-Mobile Park.
