Jessica Maxwelk has dedicated approximately 19 years to the healthcare field, beginning her career as a Patient Service Representative before pursuing a passion for nursing. Throughout her nursing career, she has gained experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, and nursing leadership, providing her with a broad perspective on patient care and healthcare operations.

Her passion for healthcare was inspired by a significant personal medical journey. She lived with an undiagnosed medical condition for 20 years, and it was through high-quality, patient-centered care and a strong commitment to patient safety that her life was ultimately changed. That experience reinforced my belief in the profound impact healthcare professionals have on the lives of their patients.
